<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface which enables a user to easily identify a number of functions mounted on an image forming apparatus to easily shift to the picture of a desired function. <P>SOLUTION: The execution pictures of the functions mounted on the image forming apparatus are reduced, and the reduced display pictures of the plurality of functions are arranged in a single picture.
