PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an area access means and a function of providing remote operation service through the Internet to operate a home network electrical appliance.

SOLUTION: When home electrical appliance connection address information is received, the home network electrical appliance stores trigger data for making the home network electrical appliance start performing Internet connection processing by an area access connecting means and stores a method of informing the home network electrical appliance of the data, and a service server device confirms the connection state of the home network electrical appliance to be operated; when the home network electrical appliance is not connected to the Internet, connection processing of the home network electrical appliance is further reported on the basis of the home network electrical appliance connection address information to realize a function of trying a connection with the object home network electrical appliance from the Internet side when the home network electrical appliance is operated.
