PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate intricate alterations of raw material storage locations in the scenario of a multimedia title caused by addition or deletion of raw materials to or from a server when the scenario is edited. SOLUTION: A scenario upload state management part 105 and a raw material upload state management part 106 manage the upload states of the scenario of the multimedia title and their edited raw materials to individual servers, and a raw material use state management part 107 manages the use states of respective raw materials in the scenario. A raw material addition/deletion judgment part 109 judges a raw material to be newly uploaded and a raw material to be deleted from the servers according to the use states and the upload states of the scenario and raw materials. A scenario conversion part 108 automatically converts the raw material storage destinations in the scenario according to the judgment result. An upload part 110 uploads the converted scenario to a specified server, adds or deletes the raw materials to or from the respective servers according to the judgment result, and updates the upload states of the scenario and raw materials.
