PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detecting device not needing precise adjustment of optical axis, and to provide an antitheft device and an antitheft system equipped with the detecting device. SOLUTION: This detecting device 8 is equipped with a light emitting element 3, reflecting units 2a-2d reflecting the light emitted from the light emitting element, and a light receiving element 4 receiving the light reflected by the reflecting units 2a-2d. The reflector 2a-2d reflexively reflecting the reflected light approximately in parallel with the incident light. Further the detecting device 8 is equipped with a second light diffraction element 7 on an optical axis for branching the emitted light and the reflected light. The light receiving element 4 receives the light without fail by adjusting the optical axis to allow the light emitted from the light emitting element 3 to be entered into the reflecting units 2a-2d.
