USE OF AN AMPHOTERIC COPOLYMER IN A DISH WASHING COMPOSITION

The invention relates to a soil repellent agent in a two-in-one or three-in-one washing and rinsing composition for use in a dishwasher, consisting of an amphoteric copolymer which is hydrosoluble or hydrodispersible, derived from (a) at least one . diallyldimethylammonium chloride monomer (b) and at least one (potentially) anionic monomer, the mol ratio a/b ranging from 15/85 and at least 50/50. The invention also relates to a method for improving the soil repellent qualities of a two-in-one or three-in-one washing and rinsing composition for a dishwasher by adding an effective amount of said copolymer to the composition.
