<p>It is intended to provide a novel protein having an activity of ubiquitinating p27Kip1; a DNA encoding this protein; a process for producing the protein; a method of screening a substance inhibiting ubiquitination of p27Kipl using the protein; an antibody specifically binding to the protein; and a diagnostic and a remedy for a disease caused by abnormal cell cycle such as cancer containing a polynucleotide or an oligonucleotide originating in the above DNA or the above antibody.</p> |
