Adjustable handlebars for a bicycle are fitted to a support system which is adjustable for tilt and extension. A swivel head (30) near the frame has front and back connections for a main support tube (40) and a rear brace (50). The bottom connections have tilt fitting. The top of the rear brace is connection to the top of the main support tube by a pin and slot coupling with a clamp action operated by a control lever. The coupling also grips the telescopic extension for the handlebar mounting. This enables the rider to adjust the tilt and height of the handlebars via one clamping lever.
