The cover device has the lower end of the rear rod (7) mounted by a fifth pivot (14) at distance from the fourth pivot (11) and able to turn on the turning rod (9). The first and second pivots (6, 8) are supported by the cover (I), and the fourth and fifth pivots supported by the turning rod, serve as pivot points for the first four-pivot mechanism when the turning rod is held in a stationary position.
