Sorting device for building rubble has adjacent rods offset in height from sifted residue

The sorting device recycles building rubble (7). It consists of a sieve in the form of a grid (1) composed of parallel rods (2, 3) and a crushing device to break down the sifted residue to produce useful building material. The adjacent rods of the sieve are offset in height so that plate-form pieces (9) of the rubble can be separated out from the rest.
