<p>A surface-treated powder coated with an acidic ester oil characterized in that the acidic ester oil contains an ester compound carrying 16 or more carbon atoms in total, which is obtained by reacting one or more alcohols having 1 to 36 carbon atoms and one or more carboxylic acids having 1 to 36 carbon atoms, and has an acid value of 15 or more. This surface-treated powder has excellent adhesion to the skin or hair, high spreadability, excellent dispersibility in commonly employed fats, silicone-fats or fluorinated fats, and moist feel.</p> |
