Fuel cell catalyst carrying particles comprising carbon particles (2) and catalyst substance (1) wherein adhesive layer (3) is provided between the carbon particles (2) and the catalyst substance (1). Thus, there can be obtained fuel cell catalyst carrying particles wherein the contact resistance between the catalyst substance and the carbon particles carrying the same is low and wherein the aggregation of catalyst substance is inhibited. The catalytic electrode for fuel cell and fuel cell produced with the use of the fuel cell catalyst carrying particles realize high output and high durability.
