<p>A vibration damping member (10) includes a first layer of viscoelastic material (12), a second layer (14) having a rigidity higher than the first layer, and an intermediate layer (16) having a rigidity higher than the first layer but lower than the second layer and interposed between the first layer and the second layer. In the intermediate layer (16), an annular peripheral portion extends outward from an outer peripheral edge of the second layer as a whole. The vibration damping member could be manufactured by blanking a laminated sheet to have a predetermined profile without cutting material forming the second layer (14).</p> |
