A sense evaluating system for evaluating a sense by using the output signal of a sensor, comprising sensors having different response characteristics to an external stimulation, a signal processing unit for adding first signals outputted from pre-specified sensors out of the sensors by using a stimulation kind classifying method conforming to the stimulation component response specifity of a sensory receptor cell, calculating the value of a sense element expressing a sense, and outputting a second signal representing the calculation result, and an evaluating unit for evaluating qualitatively and/or quantitatively the sense by using the second signal outputted from the signal processing unit.
