<p>A cosmetic composition is provided which includes a first amine present as a neutralized counterion salt of a C2-C40 carboxylic acid other than an alpha- or beta- hydroxycarboxylic acid, and a second amine having a molecular weight of at least 100. Use of the second amine serves to suppress any smelly odor which might arise from release of the first amine from its salt form during rub-in on a user's skin.</p> |
