<p>An adhesive film characterized by comprising a substrate film and formed thereon a layer of an epoxy resin composition comprising the following ingredients (A) to (C): an aromatic epoxy resin having two or more epoxy groups per molecule, a cyanate compound having two or more cyanato groups per molecule, and a phenoxy resin having a weight-average molecular weight of 5,000 to 100,000; and a prepreg characterized by comprising a sheet-form reinforcing base made of fibers and, infiltrated thereinto, an epoxy resin composition comprising the ingredients (A) to (C).</p> |
