<p>A fine slit with a width of 0.1 mm or less is formed in a piece of a piece-type tire mold. To produce a piece (40), a plate-shaped shim member (44) with a width of 0.1 mm or less is inserted into a rubber mold (40A). Molten metal of aluminum, etc. is poured into a plaster mold (40B) in which the shim member is transferred and is solidified so that the piece (40) is formed. After that, the shim member (44) is pulled out from the piece (40) in which the shim member (44) is transferred, and thus a slit (42) with a width of 0.1 mm or less is formed.</p> |
