<p>The present invention relates to formulation containing tetrodotoxin for abstinence and analgecize which is administered through respiratory tract, said formulation uses tetradotoxin citrate or tetradotoxin acetate as raw material, is made into aerosol, spray or gasoloid formulation by conventional process. The inventive formulation which is administered through respiratory tract is safe, efficacious, non-addictive and convenient. The inventive formulation containing tetrodotoxin which is administered through respiratory tract is effective to cancerous painful patient by more than 97%, to addiction by up to 100%, therefore is an excellent medical formulation for abstinence and analgecize.</p> |
