Device for adjusting the trimming of a boat drive arranged outside the boat hull (1) comprises a housing (9) movably positioned at the stern (2), a drive shaft (4) mounted in or on the housing, a propeller (7) attached to the end of the drive shaft, and a length-adjustable element fixed at one end via a moving connection to the drive housing and at the other end to the stern. A further adjustable adjusting element (16) is provided which forms an adjustable connection between the adjusting element (15) and the stern, or various hinge points for the adjusting element are provided on the housing.
