Circuit structure for amplifying a high-frequency signal uses control signals from a base band to control amplifying devices with first and second output amplifiers

Control signals with standard (I) and quadrature (Q) portions from a base band control amplifying devices with first (PA1) and second (PA2) output amplifiers. Offset in phase at 90degrees, a high-frequency signal (4) is fed to the second output amplifier. An adder (6) totals the output signals for both output amplifiers to operate in saturation. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) A mobile radiotelephone service terminal with the circuit structure; (b) and for a method for amplifying a high-frequency signal.
