<p>An ink-jet printer for textile printing comprises a transportation device for transporting textile supplied from a textile supplying portion by circulating by the drive of a drive roller an endless belt supported by rollers, a recording head for jetting ink to the textile transported by the transporting device, a first electrostatic attraction force generation device that is located at a position opposing the recording head and being in contact with the inner peripheral face side of the endless belt and causes the textile to be attracted to the endless belt, and a cleaning device that is located nearer to the downstream side in a transportation direction of the textile than the recording head and cleans the endless belt. The face of the endless belt on the side that is in contact with at least the textile is formed from glass cloth with water-repellent finish.</p> |
