The circular conveyor (1) has at least one cylindrical intermediate section (2) with lengthwise axle (3) for supporting the circular carpet (4) of the corresponding conveyor (5). The intermediate section has two end pieces (6) each connected to the ends of the intermediate section which consists of an extruded aluminum alloy part possessing an outer tubular sleeve (12), an inner tubular core coaxial with the outer tubular sleeve and with the lengthwise axis. The outer tubular sleeve and inner tubular core are joined by partition walls. Each shaft (7) , coaxial with the lengthwise axis and protruding outwards, is fixed by at least one end of the inner tubular core.
