<p>A measuring method, characterized in that it comprises providing a quartz resonator having, fixed thereon, a recognition element having the specific binding ability for a given material to be measured and a stabilizing agent comprising a synthetic polymer for the recognition element, fixing a sample on the quartz resonator, measuring the change of the frequency of the quartz resonator caused by the fixing of the sample, and comparing the above change with that caused by the use of a competitive standard reference material, to thereby determine the amount of the material to be measured.</p> |
