<p>The plates one of which is made from a filmogenic metal and at least one of the plates is coated with an oxide layer, are separated by an auxiliary dielectric which is placed in contact with the oxide layer. The auxiliary dielectric is pref. a polymer prepd. from vinyl, vinylidene, vinylenic, acrylic, methacrylic etc. monomers, or a condensation polymer, cellulosic material, polyether, polysiloxane, epoxy resin, and polymer from heterocyclic material. This capacitor has many of the advantages of liquid electrolytic capacitors without the disadvantages caused by the presence of electrolytic liquids. It has high capacitance, high insulating properties, a low dissipation factor etc.</p> |
