<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auto-refresh discharging mechanism that can discharge excess developer accompanying the revolution of a rotary body without driving for transporting out of the rotary body. <P>SOLUTION: The transport member is constituted by being provided with a locking means which locks the transport member to a part of the rotary body, and a locking part which fixes a transport pipe to a main body, and during the rotation of the rotary body, the transport member is rotated as one body whereas the transport pipe is not rotated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
