<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation which is effective for preventing and improving pigmentation, stains, freckles and the like, after sunburned, and has a high bleaching effect. <P>SOLUTION: This skin care preparation contains a Nemacystus decipiens extract and one or more bleaching agents selected from L-ascorbic acid and its salts, hydroquinone, cysteine, glucosamine, azelaic acid, lipoic acid and its salts, resorcinol, and their derivatives, glabridin, glabren, liquiritin, isoliquiritin, glutathione, hinokitiol and its glycosides and their salts, ellagic acid and its derivatives and their salts, a placenta extract, bleaching effect-having plants, alga extracts, and the like. The Nemacystus decipiens extract is preferably a purified Nemacystus decipiens extract obtained by subjecting the polar solvent extract of Nemacystus decipiens to a supercritical extraction method using carbon dioxide as a solvent to remove the low polar fraction, or by subjecting the Nemacystus decipiens to a supercritical extraction method using carbon dioxide as a solvent to remove the non-polar fraction, and then extracting the residue with an aqueous solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
