<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swash plate type fluid pump/motor capable of preventing pulsation by a working fluid, and having a piston allowing its weight to be reduced and excellent in specific gravity balance. <P>SOLUTION: This swash plate type fluid pump/motor is equipped with: a hollow cylinder-shaped piston body 6 installed so as to reciprocate in a cylinder 3; a spherical part 6b formed at one end of the piston body 6; and a swash plate part 14 slidingly rotating with respect to the spherical part 6b. The fluid pump/motor is characterized by that a hollow part 18 of the piston body 6 is filled with, for instance, a plurality of filler members having different specific gravities such as a filler member 6c made of a resin and a filler member 6d formed of copper, and the filler members 6c and 6d are arranged so as to set the specific gravity on the spherical part 6b side within the piston body 6 small. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
