<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal quality measuring apparatus for agricultural products, capable of assuring measurement accuracy, irrespective of large changes in a product to be measured. <P>SOLUTION: The internal quality measuring apparatus for agricultural products comprises a light-emitting means 100, which emits detection light to a product M to be measured and has a support means 300 supporting the product M in a state in which an existing region with the product to be measured is extended from a support reference position K in one side direction, and a quality determination means 3 for obtaining internal quality of the product M based on photodetection information of a photodetection means 200. The light-emitting means 100 projects detection light along a projecting direction, inclined with respect to a side approaching the support reference position K nearer at a forward side of the projecting direction in a direction perpendicular to the direction, in which the existing region is extended from the support reference position K.
