PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sealing agent for blowout of a tire by which formation of rubber aggregates is reduced when producing the sealing agent for the blowout containing propylene glycol in high concentration. SOLUTION: The method for producing the sealing agent for the blowout of the tire comprises an antifreezing agent-injecting and stirring step S1 for injecting an antifreezing agent 4 into a mixed solution 3 of a rubber latex 1 and an adhesive 2 stored in a cylindrical container 10 and stirring the resultant mixture. In the step S1, the antifreezing agent 4 is injected from two or more inlets 12A at 0.01-1.0 L/min injecting rate per inlet to the surface of the mixed solution 3 while stirring the mixed solution 3 by the rotation of stirring blades 11 rotating at 1.0-10.0 m/s tip speed.
