PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide photographic sensitive material having suitability to rapid processing and excellent processing stability after long-term storage and to provide a low-cost digital image forming method using the same and a method for utilizing resources. SOLUTION: In the silver halide photographic sensitive material having at least one silver halide photosensitive layer and a non-photosensitive colloidal layer on a support, at least one color developing agent or color developing agent precursor which satisfies the condition of 10.05≤SPDP≤11.90 is contained, wherein SPDP is the solubility parameter of the color developing agent or color developing agent precursor at 25°C.
