PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera for lending in a tourist resort or the like by which an individual person need not carry a camera, and a charging method. SOLUTION: The camera calculates a charge for usage in accordance with the number of frames or time while recording an image on an attachable/ detachable medium.
