PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for changing the angles of rear-view mirrors, being applicable for a linear road no matter how the rear-view mirrors are larger and allowing the direction check of a walkway at all times during left turn, in particular, for safe left-turn operation. SOLUTION: An electronic circuit device allows the rear-view mirrors 4 to be operated with the left turn of a vehicle during left turn by freely moving the rear-view mirrors 4 to be angled outside, mounted on rear-view mirror arms 9 attached to the right and left of a vehicle body 1, so that a view line 3 of a driver 2 covers safety check backward to the left via the rear-view mirrors 4. After the completion of left turn, the rear-view mirror arms 9 are restored into a normal operated condition and the driver 2 keeps on normal drive via the rear-view mirrors 4 without any trouble.
