PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely attach a waterproof sheet to a curved place of a tunnel in a good-looking manner without a fear of water leakage and the like. SOLUTION: Characteristically, this waterproof sheet, which is provided in a tensioned state at the curved place of the tunnel along a circumferential direction, is equipped with: an impermeable sheet which has such a shape as to be formed so that one longitudinal edge can be wider than the other longitudinal edge and so that at least the side of the other longitudinal edge can be tapered; and a permeable sheet which is joined to at least one side of the impermeable sheet in such a manner that both side ends of the permeable sheet and both side ends of the impermeable sheet are separated from one another so as to serve as free ends.
