PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immuno-measurement reagent having greatly improved sensitivity than before. SOLUTION: This immuno-measurement reagent has as constituents, an immuno-measurement reagent main component formed by carrying an antigen or an antibody against a measuring object on a polymer spherule having the surface charge density in the form of suspension of 0.01-0.3μmol/m<SP>2</SP>in terms of the anionic dissociation concentration and the particle size of 0.1-0.7μm, which is a polymer of a polymeric monomer having a phenyl group or an anionic polymeric monomer, and dextran having a weight-average molecular weight of 200,000-1,000,000.
