PURPOSE: Engine structure for reinforcing cooling performance of an engine coolant is provided to induce lowering in the temperature of engine oil to be sprayed on a cylinder head and to lower the temperature of the cylinder head by stimulating the flow of the coolant in the cylinder head and increasing the flow rate of the coolant. CONSTITUTION: Engine structure comprises an oil pan storing engine oil; a cylinder block to which the oil pan is combined; and a cylinder head forming a radiating unit and a shutoff unit to the middle deck, on which the engine oil discharged through a cam mechanism, is sprayed, to induce stagnation time to improve heat transfer efficiency while inducing the flowing direction of the engine oil. In a water jacket unit(8) combined to the inside of the cylinder head to circulate a coolant supplied from the cylinder block, an oil passage reduction projection(8b'), narrowing the flowing passage of the coolant at a connected portion where the upper part and the wall surface of a combustion chamber are connected, is formed to the inside of a water jacket(W), formed to a part to which an exhaust valve is mounted, to increase the flow rate of the coolant.
