The winding wheel (10) and conduit (50) involve an elastically rotatable wheel with a flexibly connected shaft (20). The wheel has a left-hand width (11) and a right-hand width (12), together with a continuously defined left and right conduits (51,52). The number of winds of the left conduit wound on to the left-hand wheel width is at least more than those of the right conduit onto the right-hand wheel. - When the left and right conduits are released from their corresponding wheel width to reach their outer end points there remains at least one wind of the left conduit base winding in tight contact with the left-hand wheel width and remains unreleased. |
