<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite container which is formed by inserting a blank plate into a mold and integrating them by injection-molding a resin into a skeleton, can safely seal a beverage, food or the like and is both heat-resistant enough to be heated in a microwave oven and so adiabatic that the heated container is not hot when carried in hands. <P>SOLUTION: The blank plate 50 for example is prepared by blanking a laminate sheet having a polypropylene-based resin layer provided on the innermost layer with paper as a base and a layer of a low density polyethylene or its copolymer provided as a foaming layer on the outermost layer. The blank plate 50 is inserted into the mold and injection-molded by using a polypropylene-based resin of the same base as that of the innermost layer as an injection-molding resin. The blank plate 50 and the skeleton resin consisting of a pedestal 7, a bottom coupling resin part 8, a longitudinal frame resin part 6, a rim frame resin part 9 and a flange 10 are integrally molded to make the composite container 100.
