PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance silence by certainly eliminating occurrence of a hitting sound when torsion of an input member and an output member varies exceeding a neutral position. SOLUTION: A damper plate 28 is provided with spring support walls 36a and 36b separately disposed circumferentially, and a hub flange 27 is provided with an intermediate support wall 38 extending between the support walls 36a and 36b. Spring members 40 and 40 are stored in a previously compressed state between the intermediate support wall 38 and the support walls 36a and 36. The damper plate 28 and the hub flange 27 are maintained at the neutral positions on energizing balance of the spring members 40 and 40 on both sides of the intermediate support wall 38, one spring member 40 is compressed and the other spring member 40 is expanded during transmission of torque. Both spring members 40 and 40 are maintained in a contact state with respect to the intermediate support wall 38 and the support walls 36a and 36b, even when the damper plate 28 and the hub flange 27 vary beyond the neutral positions.
