PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of high cost due to uneasy manufacture of a revolving frame in a conventional high-cab crane, a lot of labor required for dismantling and assembling work of a mounting base fixed to the revolving frame by bolts, and difficulty in positioning the mounting base. SOLUTION: The revolving frame 23 is roughly shaped like a rectangular parallelepiped, and a pair of support blades 31 are provided forward and backward in parallel on a front right side surface to support the mounting base 28. Each support blade 31 has pin holes 31a at two positions. On a rear left side surface of the base 28, a pair of supported blades 33, forward and backward, formed in such a form as to be engaged with the support blades 31 are provided in parallel at such positions as to be engaged with the support blades 31. Each counter blade 33 has pin holes 33a at two positions. As the pins 34 are inserted to the pin holes 33a as well as the pin holes 31a, the supported blades 33 are supported by the support blades 31, and the base 28 is fixed to the revolving frame 23.
