PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyvinyl chloride resin composition which is matt and excellent in impact resistance and strength against repeated fatigue. SOLUTION: In this polyvinyl chloride resin composition, 1-5 pts.wt. of a partially crosslinked polyvinyl chloride resin in which a tetrahydrofuran-insoluble gel content is 10-40 wt.% is added to 100 pts.wt. of a polyvinyl chloride graft copolymer resin having a structure in which an acrylic copolymer particle is grafted to and dispersed in a polyvinyl chloride resin.
