PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce belt biasing force applied to a flange 20 without impairing a guide function of a guide surface 22 against each belt part in a pulley P with tooth in which the guide surface 22 of the flange 20 is subsequently contacted with parts in a longitudinal direction of the respective belt of a belt B with a tooth and the respective belt parts are guided to a position in a predetermined belt width direction. SOLUTION: The guide surface 22 of the flange 20 is arranged at an outer periphery side than a belt back surface f of the respective belt parts engaged with the tooth part 13 of the pulley body 10. A non-contact part 23 avoiding a contact with the belt part during engagement guided to the predetermined belt width direction position is provided at a position at an inner periphery side than the guide surface 22.
