PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance of supplying workpieces by preventing the deposition of the workpieces on a storage part resulting from the impossibility of eliminating static electricity from the contact surface of the workpieces with the storage part. SOLUTION: This parts feeder comprises a bowl 1 housing a carrying passage 11, a vibrator 2 for vibrating the bowl 1 to cause the workpiece charged in the bowl 1 to be moved along the carrying passage 11 and discharged from a terminal point 11a of the carrying passage 11, an electrostatic eliminator 3 for giving an electrostatic eliminating ion blow downward to the workpieces in the bowl 1, and an electrostatic eliminator 4 for giving an electrostatic eliminating ion blow upward to the workpieces in the bowl 1. The bowl 1 has a number of holes 12 inside each having a diameter smaller than that of the workpiece and the electrostatic eliminator 4 gives the electrostatic eliminating ion blow from these holes 12 upward to the workpieces. The bowl 1 is subjected to an insulating coating 13 which protects ions from the electrostatic eliminating ion blow and develops no trouble in movement upward from the holes 12.
