PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder which prevents rings from being unpreparedly disengaged. SOLUTION: This binder 10 has a base 12 and a plurality of rings 20 and 22 which are freely openably fixed to the base 12. Respective rings 20 and 22 are formed in such a manner that ring members 44a, 44b, 74a and 74b may be formed into a ring shape by locking the ring members 44a, 44b, 74a and 74b by locking parts 46a, 46b, 76a and 76b which are formed at the distal ends of the ring members 44a, 44b, 74a and 74b. The locking parts 76a and 76b at the distal ends of the ring members 74a and 74b which constitute the rings 20 and 22 are tilted to the locking parts 46a and 46b side at the distal ends of the other ring members 44a and 44b which constitute the rings 20 and 22. Then, the rings 20 and 22 are formed in such a manner that the locking parts 46a, 46b, 76a and 76b can be disengaged by pressing them to the opposite side from the tilt. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
