PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine which converts air of natural energy into output and supresses exhaust pollution without using gasoline fuel or the like. SOLUTION: The engine is a device which applies repulsive force of compressed air to be charged by a portable pneumatic pump as power resource at any place where the air exists and at any time. The engine achieves function with rotary induction of various batteries as though it is a heart, if double increasing pressure is alternately pressurized as a pulsation on a rotary portion of the engine from charged pressure via a booster without having exhaust stroke by means of the energy of the charged pressure itself.
