PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner using a colorant containing no toxic substance and to provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner exhibiting stable charge behavior even for long-term use or printing in a large volume of copies, causing no scattering of the toner or fog, and producing a printed image with sufficient image density and no fluctuation in the image density. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner contains a colorant dispersed in a binder resin. The binder resin is a polyester resin and/or epoxy resin. The colorant is a black pigment having a mixture composition of Fe<SB>2</SB>TiO<SB>5</SB>and a solid solution of Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>-FeTiO<SB>3</SB>. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
