PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a sending body containing a content which is simply structured, is easily opened, and is quickly and surely sealed. SOLUTION: This method for forming a sending body containing a content comprises: a step of forming an adhesive layer (1b) for easily separable adhesion on the flap part (1a) of an envelope (1) for storing a content (2), a step of storing a content in the envelope formed with the adhesive layer, and a step of adhering the flap part through the adhesive layer.
