PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving lubricating structure eliminating the need for a dedicated oil passage for feeding lubricant between a cam and a roller, and eliminating the improvement in capacity of the oil pump. SOLUTION: (1) The moving lubricating structure for an internal combustion engine is provided with a first oil receiving member 1 (the first oil receiving member 1 may be absent), expanding in the direction apart from a side wall, and receiving the oil leaking from a rotation sliding surface 14 with a camshaft and a cam shaft journal at the side face of the cam shaft journal wall 13 of a cylinder head. Further, the structure is provided with a second oil receiving member 2, expanding in the direction apart from a locker arm side, and receiving the oil dropped from the first oil receiving member (or the cam shaft journal side wall, when the first oil receiving member is absent) and splashing with swinging of a locker arm at the side wall of the locker arm 20. (2) The second oil receiving member 2 is tilted in the horizontal direction so that the splashed oil flows to a sliding contact 23 with the locker arm and the camshaft. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
