PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedding member and embedding fixing method for an anchor bolt in which an anchor bolt can be easily and fixedly embedded in a specified position when placing concrete and responses are facilitated in a form removal work or the like. SOLUTION: The member 1 for embedding an anchor bolt is constituted of an anchor bolt penetration member 2 formed of a hole which the anchor bolt touches and can pass through, a slit, and a collar part 2b provided with a cylindrical part having a thread at the counter side and a fixing hole for a form member projecting to the counter side opposite to the slit, and a nut- shaped member 3. A hole is bored at a position corresponding to the anchor bolt 4 of the form member 5 by using the member 1. The anchor bolt 4 is inserted in the hole to tighten the anchor bolt 4, the penetration member 2, and the nut-shaped member 3. Concrete 7 is placed by fixing to the form member 5 with nails, screws 6, etc., by making use of the hole formed in the penetration member 2.
