PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball tap device which is available even for a tank having a narrow cross section, allows smooth opening/closing movement of a valve, and facilitates mounting work and adjusting work thereof. SOLUTION: The ball tap device is constructed by attaching a float which floats according to a liquid level in the tank to a distal end of a float arm, connecting a base-side end of the float arm to the valve portion of a faucet via a link mechanism, to thereby control the liquid level. According to the ball tap device, the base-side end of the float arm is horizontally disposed to enable the smooth opening/closing movement of the valve portion of the faucet, and an intermediate portion of the float arm is bent downward, to thereby extend a vertical distance between the faucet and the float.
