PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum or aluminum alloy covering lid which is provided with a non-slip mechanism for eliminating the danger that an accident such as a fall may be caused by snow and water. SOLUTION: Protrusions 2, which are formed by upheaving edges of a plurality of holes, are arranged on flat bars 1 in a zigzag pattern; the flat bars 1, on which the protrusions 2 are formed, are arranged in parallel on a walking surface 4a of the aluminum or aluminum alloy covering lid 4 at an interval between the flat bars 1, and fixed by means of rivets or tap screws 3; and the non-slip mechanism exerts a non slip-effect in any direction.
