PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a worker from working on a pallet without noticing its lock released. SOLUTION: This control device is provided with a lock releasing switch 55 to release the lock of the pallet by a lock bar, and a buzzer 57 as an alarm means to generate alarm sound. As the lock of the pallet is released by operation of the lock releasing switch 55, when a lift height detecting sensor 51 detects that lift height of a fork is higher than a prescribed value (10 cm from the ground), a control means 45 determines that alarm action conditions are satisfied, and drives the buzzer 57 to generate alarm sound.
